1. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund less a $9.00 return processing fee within 30 days from the date of delivery. 
2. All shipping costs are non-refundable
3. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition with tags attached.
4. Merchandise returned beyond 30 days and within 60 days will receive a refund in the form of online store credit.
5. Maggy London only accepts returns for items purchased from our website.
6. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items returned more than 60 days from the date of delivery.
7. We accept returns or exchanges on international orders, return shipping costs are paid for by the customer and are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
